Monitoring can be defined as a process of measuring, recording, gathering, processing and communicating information to help project management decision making. Guidance is assistance given to individuals from an expert. While counseling is the process of providing assistance that is done through counseling interviews by an expert (called a counselor) to individuals who are experiencing a problem (called a client) which leads to the problem faced by the client.
During this time in Situbondo Fatwah Brainstorming Middle School SMP for monitoring students is done manually namely violations and information conveyed to student guardians using letters so that there are some weaknesses in monitoring student activities, in the process inefficient and ineffective. Misinformation with the reality of student and teacher guidance violations that often occur related to violations committed. This is very difficult for teachers, especially counseling guidance teachers. Therefore we need a technology-based solution that can help the monitoring process more quickly and information to the guardians of students. Based on the above problems, the researcher proposes an android-based information system that is able to solve the above problems, with the hope that this application is able to solve several things, namely alleviating the workload of guidance and counseling teachers as well as student guardians can find out information about their children's activities at school.
